Terms and cancellation policies

Version 2026-10-draft, published 19 October 2026. A booking is governed by the version in force when you booked it.

Sessions are booked and paid through this platform. Cancel or move up to 48 hours before the start and the full amount goes to your balance for a later session. After that the payment is forfeited, because your tutor has set that time aside for you.

A Cadet discount is for self-funded Cadets on a three- or four-year UK Cadetship paying for the session themselves. It can't be reimbursed or paid for by your company.

Sessions are transcribed by Google Meet so your tutor can write your summary. Only your tutor and Whitehorse staff see the transcript.
